The Etosha National Park is the most-visited excursion destination in Namibia besides the Sossusvlei. With its enormous biodiversity, it attracts around 200,000 visitors from all over the world every year. For between the mopane tree and grass fields, the thorny bushes and desert shrubs, there are more than 100 different species of mammal, as many species of reptiles and around 340 species of birds. Here you have the opportunity to meet every animal that a traveller to Africa hopes to see. During our National Park drive in an all-terrain vehicle you will get close to elephants and rhinos, giraffes and lions, meerkats and flamingos – safely and comfortably.
The excursion starts early in the morning with an ‘early bird’ breakfast before departure, which we prepare for you. Afterwards you will go out into the savannah in a small group, accompanied by one of our guides who is familiar with the area, and get an impression just how big this strangely beautiful landscape is.
Flat land, seemingly endless expanses and an environment with little more than sand, salt and sun – the closer you get to the Etosha Pan, the more difficult the living conditions for the flora and fauna are and the more fascinating the diversity that you can observe here is, despite everything.
Relax and just take in these unique impressions. On our Ondili activities we make sure you are as comfortable as possible so that you can just let your mind and eyes wander. During your safari through the Namibian National Park, we provide chilled drinks and culinary refreshments. All entrance fees and the services provided by the guide are also included. In the course of the safari tour you will receive exciting information about the Namibia’s natural environment, its special features and its wildlife.
On the National Park Tour you can expect a day full of deep insights into the wilderness of Africa.
